En los tres meses en Gran Canaria estudié mucho y conocí a mucha gente nueva.
Encontré a muchos amigos nuevos y sé que puedo volver en cada momento y quedamos.
Descubrí mucho de la isla y vi muchos lugares especiales.
Quiero agradecer especialmente a Dani, Naila y Ariana, mis amigos mejores, a Marta, la mejor coordinadora del mundo y Ana, mi profe de clase favorita. Pero también a mis clases y la gente conocida.

In these three months in Gran Canaria I learned much and I got to know many new people.
I found many new friends and I know that I can return any time and we will meet.
I discovered much of the island and I saw many special places.
I want to say thanks especially to Dani, Naila and Ariana, my best friends, to Marta, the best coordinator in the world and to Ana, my favourite class teacher. But also to my classes of 3rd and 4th grade and known people.

In diesen drei Monaten habe ich viel gelernt und ich habe viele neue Leute getroffen.
Ich habe viele neue Freunde gefunden und ich weiß, dass ich jeden Moment zurückkehren kann und wir uns treffen werden.
Ich habe viel der Insel gesehen und viele besondere Orte der Insel kennen gelernt.
Ich möchte besonders Dani, Naila und Ariana, meinen besten Freunden, Marta, der besten Koordinatorin der Welt und Ana, meiner Lieblingsklassenlehrerin danken. Aber auch meinen Klassenkameraden und allen neuen Leuten.

El último día/ The last day/ Der letzte Tag
El último día tuvo dos fiestas de despididas para nosotras alemanes en el insti.
Una con Finja y Lisa en 4°A y una sola en 3°A. Comimos, bebimos, bailamos y cantamos mucho.
Recibí regalos de mis amigas de 4° y una camiseta grande con todos los nombres de mi clase de 3°.
Muchas gracias a todos!! Me gustaba mucho.
Por la noche me quedé con un amigo en el Centro Comercial de Las Arenas y tuvimos tiempo muy divertido.
The last day I was at two farewell parties for us Germans at school.
One with Finja and Lisa at 4th A and the other one alone at 3rd A. We drank, ate, danced and sang much.
I got presents from my friends of 4th and a big T-Shirt with all names of my class of 3rd grade.
Thanks to everyone!! I was very lucky about this.
In the evening I met with a friend in the shopping centre Las Arenas and we had a great time.
Am letzten Tag war ich auf zwei Abschiedsfeiern, die extra in der Schule für uns Deutsche organisiert wurden.
Eine mit Finja und Lisa in der 4.Klasse und eine alleine in der 3.Klasse. Wir haben viel gegessen, getrunken, getanzt und gesungen.
Ich bekam Geschenke von meinen Freundinnen der 4.Klasse und ein riesiger T-Shirt mit allen Namen meiner 3.Klasse.

Película y Playa/ Film and beach/ Film und Strand
El lunes Lisa, Finja y yo fuimos con el primer bachillerato a una excursión a ver la película histórica "Sufragista" en un cine local. La peli trata de un grupo de mujeres luchando por sus derechos y fue muy interesante pero también muy triste y por eso en unas parte lloramos.
Por la tarde fui con Lisa a La Playa de Las Canteras porque hacía buen tiempo y calor.
On Monday Lisa, Finja and I went with 1st secondary education on a trip watching the historical film "Suffragists" in a local cinema. It was about a group of women fighting for their rights and I liked it very much. The film was very interesting but also very sad so that at some parts we had to cry.
In the afternoon I went with Lisa to the Canteras beach because it was a very warm day with such a good weather.
Am Montag waren Lisa, Finja und ich auf einer Exkursion mit der Oberstufe. Wir sind ins lokale Kino gegangen, um den historischen Film "Suffragette" zu schauen, der von einer Gruppe Frauen handelt, die für ihre Rechte kämpfen. Der Film war sehr interessant, aber auch sehr traurig, weshalb uns an manchen Stellen sogar die Tränen gekommen sind.
Am Nachmittag bin ich dann mit Lisa noch an den Strand Las Canteras gegangen, weil es extrem gutes Wetter war.

Pico de las Nieves
El sábado fui con Lisa, Finja y sus padres acogidas al Pico de las Nieves, el monte más alto de la isla. Fue una vista impresionante a toda la isla, al Roque Nublo y Tenerife. Después almorzamos en un monte bocadillos y fuimos a un restaurante en el pueblo más alto de la isla para tomar un helado.
On Saturday I went with Lisa, Finja and her host parents to the Pico de las Nieves, the island´s hightest mountain. There we had an gorgeous view all over the island till the Roque Nublo and Tenerife. Then we had lunch on a mountain and after that we went to a restaurant and ate an ice cream.
Am Samstag bin ich mit Lisa, Finja und ihren Gasteltern zum höchsten Berg der Insel gefahren, der Pico de las Nieves. Dort hatten wir eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die ganze Insel und auf den Roque Nublo und man konnte sogar wieder Teneriffa sehen. Danach sind wir auf einen anderen Berg gestiegen und haben dort auf einer kleinen Wiese mitten in der Natur leckere belegte Brötchen gegessen. Zum Schluss sind wir noch zu einem kleinen Restaurant ins höchste bewohnte Dorf der Insel gefahren und haben dort noch ein Eis gegessen.

Vuelta y Pascua/ Return and Easter/ Rückreise und Ostern
El sábado volví a Gran Canaria.
Hoy es domingo y en Alemania celebran Pascua y por eso es raro por aquí porque nadie lo celebra.
Pero para toda la gente celebrando: Felices Pascuas!
On Saturday I returned to Grand Canary.
Today is Sunday and in Germany Easter is celebrated but here not, so it´s very strange for me.
But for all celebrating people: Happy Easter!
Am Samstag bin ich zurück nach Gran Canaria geflogen.
Heute ist Sonntag und in Deutschland wird Ostern gefeiert, jedoch hier nicht, was sehr komisch für mich ist.
Aber für alle, die heute feiern: Frohe Ostern!

Dromedarios y Paella/ Dromedaries and Paella/ Dromedare und Paella
El viernes fui con Ana al parque nacional de Timanfaya otra vez. Pero para montar a dromedarios! Cómo estuvimos muy temprano por la manana pudimos montar a un dromedario solas! Fue muy impresionante y especial y me gustó mucho. Después fuimos al museo de visitantes que es como un museo de volcanes de fue muy bonito y interesante. Cómo es gratuito tienes que visitarlo también!
Por la tarde visité con Ana, su prima, Mahi y Gara a la familia del hermano de Ana que tiene una casa en Faro de Pechiguera, Playa Blanca que es parte del municipio Yaiza. Comí mi primera paella y fue muy muy rica! Además nadamos en la piscina y dimos una vuelta pequena.
On Friday I went again with Ana to the Timanfaya national park. But this time for riding a dromedary! Because we were so early we had the chance to have a tour with only one dromedary and the guide! This was so cool and special and I just enjoyed! Then we went to the visitors centre which is like an volcanoe museum and it was very interesting. Because it´s gratis you really have to visit it too!
In the afternoon I visited with Ana, her cousin, Mahi and Gara Anas brother´s family in Faro de Pechiguera, Playa Blanca which is part of the bourough Yaiza. I ate my first paella and it was so delicious! Furthermore we went swimming in the pool and went for a small walk.
Freitag war ich wieder mit Ana im Nationalpark Timanfaya, aber dieses Mal um Dromedare zu reiten! Da wir so früh waren, hatten wir sogar die Möglichkeit, mit einem eigenen Führer und nur unserem Dromedar die Strecke zu durchlaufen. Es war so cool und ich habe es einfach nur genossen! Danach sind wir ins Besucherzentrum des Nationalparks gefahren, das wie ein Vulkanmuseum ist. Es ist sehr schön und interessant und da es gratis ist, ist es auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert!
Am Nachmittag bin ich dann mit Ana, ihrer Cousine, Mahi und Gara zu Anas Bruder gefahren, um seine Familie zu besuchen, die ein Haus in Faro de Pechiguera, Playa Blanca haben, das zum Bezirk Yaiza gehört. Dort habe ich meine erste Paella gegessen und es war superlecker! Außerdem sind wir noch im Pool schwimmen gegangen und haben einen kleinen Spaziergang gemacht.

Jameos del Agua y Mirador del Río/ Jameos del Agua and Mirador del Río/ Jameos del Agua und Mirador del Río
El jueves fui con Ana, su prima, Gara y Mahi a los Jameos del Agua que es como una cueva sin techo. Además había un restaurante, un auditorio, un museo y una tienda de recueros y me los gustaron mucho. En el lago pequeno en la cueva viven cangrejos blancos y pequenos que solo existen ahí.
Después fuimos al Mirador del Río que está cerca de la isla pequena La Gracios que es parte de Lanzarote. Pensaba que está isla muy lejos y por eso estuve muy sorprendida cuando la miré desde la plataforma. El Mirador del Río es como un nombre bromita porque no existe un río. El mar entre La Graciosa y Lanzarote solo parece a un río y por eso tiene ese nombre. Ese excursión me gustó mucho.
On Thursday I went with Ana, her cousin, Gara and Mahi to the Jameos del Agua which is like a cave without a roof. Furthermore there was a restaurant, an auditorium, a museum and a souvenir shop and I liked them very much. In the little lake in the cave live little white crayfish only existing there.
Then we went to the Mirador del Río which is near to the little island La Graciosa which is part of Lanzarote. I thought that this island was so far away from Lanzarote but when I stood at the Mirador del Río´s platform I saw the near La Graciosa and I was so surprised! Then I realised that the attraction was the water between the two island which seems like a river but is the ocean, so it´s a joke. I liked it very much!
Am Donnerstag besuchte ich mit Ana, ihrer Cousine, Gara und Mahi die Jameos del Agua. Diese ist wie eine Höhle ohne Decke, in der sich aber auch ein kleiner See befindet, in der kleine weiße Krebse leben, die nur dort vorzufinden sind. Außerdem gibt es dort ein Restaurant, einen Konzertsaal bzw.-höhle, ein Museum und einen Souvenirladen, was ich sehr cool finde.
Danach sind wir zum Mirador del Río gefahren, der sich ganz in der Nähe der kleinen Insel La Graciosa befindet, die aber trotzdem noch zu Lanzarote gehört. Von Famara aus dachte ich immer, dass diese kleine Insel unglaublich weit weg wäre, doch als ich dann auf der Aussichtsplattform stand, sah ich, dass La Graciosa auf einmal doch so nah war. Für mich total unglaublich und überraschend! Außerdem habe ich dann erst verstanden, dass man von diesem Punkt aus gar keinen Fluss beobachten kann, wie es der Name dieser Sehenswürdigkeit verspricht. Es geht dabei um den Strom zwischen den zwei Inseln, der sehr stark an einen Fluss erinnert, aber an beiden Enden ins offene Meer mündet und somit Teil des Ozeans ist. Dieses Ziel gefiel mir auch sehr!
